A more powerful version of the K9, Oppo K9s, debuted in China. So let’s check what is hidden “under the hood” and at what prices it is available.
Large display, capacious battery and Snapdragon 778G. here is the specification of the Oppo K9s
This time, Oppo put on an IPS LCD display (in K9 and K9 Pro it was AMOLED) with a diagonal of 6.59 inches, refresh rate of 120 Hz and HD + resolution. We will not provide HDR support here. Due to the resignation of the AMOLED screen, the fingerprint reader was moved to the side of the device. The 16 Mpix selfie camera is placed in a circular indentation in the upper left part of the screen. In terms of the cameras on the back, nothing has changed, because the main unit has 64 Mpix, next to it there is an ultra wide-angle lens and a 2 Mpix macro.

In contrast to the Oppo K9 Pro, we get a 5000 mAh battery (instead of 4500 mAh) that supports 30W fast charging. Here, in turn, it is worse than in the other two models. The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 778G processor supported by 6 or 8 GB of RAM (LPDDR4x) and 128 GB of memory (UFS 2.2). Oppo added a microSD card slot and the RAm virtual memory function (expansion up to 5 GB). Oppo K9s works under the control of Android 11 with the Color OS 11.2 overlay.
