GosTech launched the first state information system

“The first state information system was launched on the GosTech platform. The Federal Agency for State Property Management became one of the first participants in the experiment to place its GIS on this platform. The team of the head of digital transformation of the Federal Property Management Agency together with GosTech specialists created an information system from scratch , which automates the work of users and employees of the department,” he said.

In the opinion of the Deputy Prime Minister, the involvement in the economic circulation of unused federal property, for example, land plots, will contribute to an increase in budget revenues. The service, Chernyshenko added, is integrated with the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA) and the Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction System (SMEV), and is also certified for all information security requirements.

The service of the Federal Property Management Agency is called “Federal Property Online”. The system consists of four services integrated with each other, the vice-premier’s office specified.

“The “Marketplace” contains detailed information about real estate objects of the treasury of the Russian Federation, filters and search by characteristics are implemented. In the “Applicant’s Personal Account”, users can submit an application and conclude a deal for the purchase or lease of the selected object. “Tenant’s Personal Account” allows you to online to conduct mutual settlements under contracts and solve the most demanded life situations of tenants. “Subsystem for processing applications” – to solve remotely arising issues with the department when renting, as well as automating the work of employees of the Federal Property Management Agency, “they emphasized.

GosTech is a platform for creating state digital services and information systems, which, according to Chernyshenko, is the most secure, including through import substitution of all basic components. All of its instruments are certified by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC). The Deputy Prime Minister added that the Russian government will transfer all state information systems (GIS) to the GosTech platform by 2024.
