Indian Police will hold a cryptocurrency course for employees

The National Police Academy of India launched a cryptocurrency course for senior Indian police officers.

regulatory framework for cryptocurrency.

A leading Indian police training academy, the Sardar Vallabhbai Patel National Police Academy (SVP NPA), announced a course on cryptocurrency for training the Indian Police Service (IPS). The course entitled “Investigation of cases related to cryptocurrency” is scheduled for 5 and 6 September.

According to the Academy announcement, the course has four goals. In addition to “putting cryptocurrencies and blockchains into operation”, employees will study “the legal aspects of cryptocurrencies, crimes committed using cryptocurrencies, [и] investigation of cases related to cryptocurrencies. “

“Trained officers will be appointed assistants to the police superintendent in their states, under whose leadership other police units will work,” the statement said.
