New MSI Bravo notebooks: GPU and CPU are now from AMD

MSI announced two new notebooks that integrate i AMD Ryzen processors from the 4000 family. Let's talk about the latest generation of AMD proposals, announced during the month of March, built with 7-naometer production technology and based on Zen 2 architecture.

The two new models are indicated by the name of Bravo 15 is Bravo 17, intended for gamers as a good part of the MSI notebook range on the market. The first model is based on a 15-inch diagonal screen with Full HD resolution and maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz, with support for FreeSync technology. For Bravo 17 the screen switches to 17.3 inches diagonal, maintaining Full HD resolution, maximum refrsh of 120 Hz and FreeSync support.

For the noteboook Bravo 15 MSI offers i Ryzen 5 4600H and Ryzen 7 4800H processors which options, in combination with 8GB or 16GB of DDR4-3200 system memory. For the Bravo 17 model, the configuration includes a Ryzen 7 4800H processor with 16GB of system memory. Storage is with a 512GB SSD for both models; the Bravo 17 version also offers a traditional 1TB capacity hard drive.

Next to the AMD Ryzen 4000 CPU we find in these notebooks a dedicated video card also from AMD: it is the Radeon RX 5500M model, based on Navi architecture. The price lists of these notebooks for the North American market start right now from just over $ 900, excluding taxes, for the Bravo 15 model.
