Some OnePlus 6T models lose battery too quickly

Some OnePlus 6T users have vented their frustration on Reddit. They have problems with battery life, which makes smartphones unusable at times.

For example, one user says that his battery life has dropped by half in the last one or two days. He checked all the applications, installed updates and it did not work. Another owner says that the smartphone usually lasted 6-7 hours on a single charge, with intensive use. Now it is about 4 hours.

OnePlus knows about this error and is probably already working on eliminating it. However, we do not know when the relevant patch will be released. Meanwhile, the only solution seems to be a factory reset. Only in this way will the battery life return to its normal level.
