This is how the vivo S15 series looks like. We get official photos just before the premiere

In May 19, vivo will introduce more smartphones to the Chinese market – vivo S15 and S15 Pro. We have been hearing about these models for a long time, so their specification is no secret for us. Now we can also take a closer look at them thanks to the official photos.

So first, let’s recall the specification of the vivo S15 series

As for the base model, this one will come with a 6.62-inch AMOLED panel with 1080p resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. On the front, in a circular indentation, there will be a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and on the back, a fairly basic configuration – 64 Mpix + 8 Mpix + 2 Mpix – consisting of the main unit, ultra wide-angle lens and macro sensor. The smartphone will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 supported by 8 or 12 GB of RAM. The 4700mAh battery will support 80W charging.

The same battery with charging will be on board the vivo S15 Pro. The manufacturer will also place the same camera configuration here, changing only the main unit from 64 Mpix to 50 Mpix. This model will have a 6.56-inch AMOLED curved screen, also with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The biggest change will include the chipset, because the Dimensity 8100 will be on board.

As we can see in the photos provided by vivo, smartphones will be available in three colors – blue, gold and black.
