Just two days ago, vivo introduced the vivo X80 series to the Chinese market, and has already announced when we should expect their global launch. This one will take place soon.
Usually, between the Chinese and the world premieres of smartphones, several months of speculation about the date of their introduction to the market pass. Meanwhile, vivo decided to forge the iron while it is hot and two days after the Chinese premiere, we had a world debut date. The poster shared Malaysian branch of the company revealing that the vivo X80 series will debut on May 8.
Although the Pro model is available in China in two variants – with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Dimensity 9000, we already know that it will only be available in other markets with the Qualcomm chip. However, the base model will be powered by the flagship MediaTek. We do not yet know the details of the availability of these models worldwide, but we expect some details to be revealed on May 8.
