Canon, in the face of the ongoing shortages in the graphics card market, has made an exceptional decision to allow owners of many of its printers to use unprotected toners in them. All because the original, unprotected toners for Canon printers officially appear on the market, because the company simply cannot produce them with a chip.
Canon’s toner chips are designed to prevent the use of non-genuine toners in its printers. Chips are lacking, the demand for toners has apparently not diminished, so Canon has been forced to manufacture them without protection. This, in turn, meant that the printers, the list of which can be found below, began to allow for their installation and trouble-free use of unsecured toners. Just click “Close” when prompted.
