Instant messaging voice messages are extremely popular. How much? WhatsApp revealed that 7 billion of them have already been sent via their app. So it’s no surprise that this feature is constantly being improved and gains new features.
Admittedly, WhatsApp has developed a lot of voice messaging recently, and it’s not over yet. For now, the ability to pause and resume recording will be added, as well as an option to “preview” a draft note, which will allow us to check it before sending it. Out of these highly anticipated features, the voice memo player is definitely worth mentioning. This will allow us to listen to messages also outside the application. Thanks to this, we will be able to browse other applications while listening to what our friends wanted to tell us. This is definitely one of those features that many users have been waiting for.
However, WhatsApp doesn’t stop there. Soon, the application will also feature “remember playback”. This probably does not need much explanation – the function will allow us to resume playing the note where we stopped earlier. In addition, we will be able to speed up the playback of forwarded voicemails. There will also be a waveform visualization as you play your notes so you can keep track of your recording.
These features will be available in the application in the coming weeks, so you have to be patient and look for new products.
