Solution 5: use the OneNote icon in the system tray
There is an alternative that you can use to take a screenshot.
1. Open OneNote on your computer.
2. While it is open, click on the hidden icon on the taskbar and right-click on the «A note«Icon and click»Take screen clipping“.
This will allow you to take a screenshot of part of a window.
