HP has brought to CES the worst monitor we have seen to date, his HP Omen 27u, and it is that after so many Mini LED panels here we come across an already classic panel IPS de 8 bits with a size of 27 inches displaying a 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a response time of 1 millisecond (We assume 4ms GtG as it is not Rapid IPS and detail is omitted).

The information on the panel is completed with a maximum brightness of 450 nits, so it complies with the VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, it is capable of covering 95% of the DCI-P3 color space, 99% of the sRGB space, and as image synchronization technology we have the AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.

With console users in mind, the HP Omen 27u allows to stay fixed to a resolution 4K @ 120 Hz through connectivity HDMI 2.1, it can be adjusted in height and tilt (no turning), it could not be missing an ARGB LED lighting system on the back to be truly gaming, which you can customize through the HP Omen Light Studio software, and the connectivity is completed with 1x DisplayPort 1.4 + 1x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.2 ports, headphone jack, integrated speakers, and it will arrive in spring at a price that it could be more than 700 euros, so it is not tempting.
