The site claims to have viewed an internal roadmap, but does not explain what it means by the word "premium desktop": does it refer to Ryzen without integrated graphics or does it mean Threadrippers (for which it would be more correct to speak of workstations)? We'll see.

AMD's desktop and mobile APUs, at least based on what has been seen so far, are based on the architecture used for the previous Ryzen CPU family without integrated graphics: to be clear, the Ryzen 3000 APUs are based on the Zen + architecture (like the CPUs Ryzen 2000) and not on the Zen 2 project behind the Ryzen 3000 chips without GPU. The Ryzen 4000 Mobile are based on Zen 2 architecture, and future Ryzen 4000 desktop APUs will be too, while we know that Ryzen 4000 desktop CPUs without integrated GPU will adopt the Zen 3 architecture.
Zen 3+ hasn't been heard of yet, so we may be facing an unprecedented development of AMD's plans. It could be precisely a variant of Zen 3 with DDR5 support. You just have to wait for more information, in the meantime we advise you to take the indiscretion with the pliers.
