Bethesda has announced through its social networks the delay of two of its most anticipated games, and these are none other than el Redfall o Starfieldwhich will arrive now during the first half of next year.

The reason, the usual one, that more time is required to offer a game to match, and seeing what has happened to other great titles like Battlefield 2042 or Cyberpunk 2077, it is more than evident that it is better to delay a game than to launch it plagued with problems and with hundreds of thousands of negative reviews.

“We have made the decision to delay the release of Redfall and Starfield to the first half of 2023.

The teams at Arkane Austin (Redfall) and Bethesda Game Studios (Starfield) have incredible ambitions for their games, and we want to make sure you get the best possible version of them, polished down to the last detail.

We want to thank everyone for their enthusiasm for Redfall and Starfield. That energy is a large part of what inspires us all on a daily basis and fuels our excitement for what we are creating.

We’re looking forward to sharing first impressions of the gameplay for both Redfall and Starfield.

Thanks for your support”.
