Driver for printer Xerox Phaser 3117. There are several versions of the driver for different operating systems. The driver is not equipped with an automatic installer, so the installation is performed through the Add Hardware Wizard.

First, download the archive and unpack it. When the printer is connected to the computer, the operating system will recognize the new device connected to the USB port, but will not be able to find the driver for it automatically. This is expected behavior. In the “Found new hardware” dialog you will need to search for the driver on your computer by selecting at one of the steps the folder into which the downloaded archive was previously unpacked.

This installation procedure can be more complicated than usual, but all dialog boxes are equipped with detailed instructions in Russian, so the installation can be performed by a user without special skills.

The Phaser 3117 is a monochrome printer designed for home and small offices. It prints at a speed of 16 pages per minute, with the first page being sent to print in just 10 seconds. Overall, the printer is pretty basic with no advanced features, but the price of such a device is quite reasonable.
