EK, here are the waterblocks for the Asus ROG Strix RX 5700 and 5700 XT

EK Water Blocks announced i waterblock EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 5700 + XT D-RGB compatible solutions Asus ROG Strix based on the Radeon RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT video cards. The new Quantum waterblocks are equipped with Addressable 5V D-RGB LED for more customization.

These waterblocks, like the others intended for other models of video cards, on the other hand, directly cool the GPU, the 8 GB of GDDR6 memory and the VRM (voltage regulation module) thanks to the liquid that is conveyed directly over these critical areas.

The waterblocks have a new cooling system that covers a larger surface than the previous generation, in order to increase its thermal performance. The EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 5700 + XT backplates are made with numerical control machines (CNC) in black anodized aluminum or nickel-plated aluminum.

Unlike the factory backplate, the EK backplate covers the entire length of the graphics card PCB and also provides passive cooling for the rear of the voltage regulation module (VRM).

EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 5700 + XT D-RGB waterblocks and backplates are made in Slovenia and are available for pre-order through EK Webshop and the network of partner resellers.

Shipments will begin on Wednesday 18 December: there is talk of 144.90 euros for the version with plexiglass top and 139.90 euros for the acetal one. The nickel backplate costs 39.90 euros, while the black backplate has a price of 32.90 euros.
