Fall Guys becomes Free to Play, and exclusive to the Epic Games Store

Fall Guys It was one of those titles that came along and quickly unexpectedly became so popular that it even took its creators by surprise, and now, to try not only to retain the popularity that remains, but to increase it, the studio behind it has given a turn of 180º to its strategy, doing now the game is freelinking the financial future of the game to microtransactions, and with this change the game also disappears from Steam, thus now exclusive to the Epic Games Store and PC.

This should not take anyone by surprise, as in March 2021, Epic Games acquired Mediatonic, creator of Fall Guys, so it was a move that was going to happen sooner or later. Steam users who move to the Epic Games Store will receive additional content such as a Season Pass and skins.

Fall Guys launches the Free For All season and will be available on the Epic Games Store on June 21.

Also, with the use of your Epic Games account, it will fully support cross-platform play and progress, as well as cross-platform parties.
