First look at the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080?

A radically new cooling design?
Nvidia continues to be silent on the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080, but we may have gotten to know the graphics card design.
User Chip bright (thank, Videocardz) posted a leak with an image that allegedly depicts a prototype of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080. The video card shows an unexpectedly new design of the cooling system, which differs markedly from the classic Founder Edition with two fans.
Relying on the new shots, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 could have opted for a dual fan design with a large heatsink in the middle. And if you think the graphics card looks blue, it’s actually just a silver metal shroud around the graphics card.

If the leaked images are real, then the RTX 3080 should get a V-shaped PCB design.
| IS THE RELEASE UNAVAIDABLE?
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 will likely be built on Ampere’s newly unveiled architecture, and will also come with Gen 3 Tensor Cores. And while we’re all waiting for official Nvidia announcements, the images may tell us that the release is much closer than expected.
