As you can see, the GTX 1030 will seriously lag behind the Radeon RX 550XT in mining. The 1030 has lower bus and memory bandwidth, fewer shader units. And for Ethereum mining, the GTX 1030 does not have enough video memory… On Ethash, and on other algorithms the same, there are almost no coins left that are mined on two-gig.
