Rumors continue to circulate about video cards from NVIDIA GeForce next generation, especially on the GeForce RTX 4070 and Sulla RTX 4080. The leaker kopite7kimi believes that NVIDIA is still working on the final specifications of the GeForce RTX 4070. A variant, which until a few days ago seemed to be in pole position, would have an AD104 GPU with 7680 CUDA core and 12GB of GDDR6X memory a 21 Gbps su bus a 192 bit.

As for the GeForce RTX 4080the leaker MEGASizeGPU claims that the partners would have access to two projects, one with 12GB and one with 16GB of GDDR6X memory. In the first case the board would have a PCB with 10 layers, in the second a 12 layer. The leaker speaks instead of a 14-layer PCB for the RTX 4090 with 24 GB.

Both in the case of the RTX 4070 and in that of the RTX 4080, it does not necessarily mean that two models will arrive on the market under the same name. Perhaps NVIDIA just wants to throw some smoke in the eyes of leakers and competitors, or is just working on more solutions and configurations, in view of possible updates to the range if necessary.
