Here is the innovative, emission-free Silent Ventus ion-powered drone

The Florida company Undefined Technologies showed the world its latest creation in the form of Silent Ventus. It is an innovative, emission-free, ion-propelled drone, which has been under development for a long time, and now takes the form of a prototype.

The Silent Ventus drone owes all its uniqueness to the fact that it uses a patented technology to fully activate the ion cloud around it. This is why it can generate a high level of ion thrust in the atmospheric air and fly almost silently. Work on the drone has been going on for some time, of which earlier (in December 2021) it had a 2-minute and 30-second mission flight, during which its performance, flight dynamics, endurance and noise level were checked.

Testing engineers found that the aircraft’s flight time was five times longer than the previous version and that it generated noise levels below 85 decibels. Now, however, the latest version of the Silent Ventus drone “uses innovative physics to generate noise levels below 70dB”, while traditional drones produce noise levels from 85 to 96dB.
