How about a molecular beverage printer? With Cana One you will pay for every glass

$ 499 – this is how much you will pay for the “world’s first molecular beverage printer” Cana One, if you hurry, because after exceeding 10,000 orders the cost will increase to $ 799 (currently booking for $ 99). However, it will not be the last expense related to its use, because although the company will replace the cartridges used in it at its own expense, each drink ordered from it will take you a few (teen) zlotys from your account.

The Cana One molecular drink printer is capable of serving thousands of different drinks from special cartridges

Cana One is designed to be placed on a kitchen counter and is the fruit of three years of research into popular drinks at the molecular level. The scientists behind this work have likely isolated the trace compounds responsible for flavor and aroma, and then used them to create a set of ingredients that can provide a wide variety of drinks.

Thanks to this, it is enough to connect the cartridge with water to generate juices, soft drinks, iced coffee, sports drinks, wine and drinks. The user can adjust the level of alcohol, caffeine and sugar (there is an optional blocking of alcohol and caffeine drinks with a PIN code), and the right mix of ingredients will do the rest, because it is said that “at least 90 percent of what we drink is water with flavors, sugar and with alcohol “. Importantly, we are supposed to make a significant contribution to the environment by using this type of “drink printer”.

Cana will automatically replace refills with ingredients at no cost to the owners. Each refill should last about a month, and the user himself will pay for the prepared drinks from 29 cents to 3 dollars, which is reportedly less than if he were to buy them in traditional stores.
