Microsoft has been working on easy synchronization of work between smartphones and computers for a long time. The Your Phone application has already been created and it is still being developed.
According to the latest reports, the company now wants to add a new feature that will forward phone calls to computers. This has been seen in the latest build of Windows 10 19H1. It points to the system application “Windows.CallingShellApp” which is able to perform the previously mentioned function. There’s a similar option in macOS too, so it’s no wonder Microsoft wants to bring this to Windows too.
Build 19H1 is expected to hit personal computers in early 2019. However, considering the problems and bugs with previous versions, a long delay is to be expected. The company must first fix existing issues before something new is released.
