Nvidia GeForce 496.13 WHQL put an end to Kepler GPUs and Windows 8.1/8/7 (Download)

Nvidia today announced its graphics drivers GeForce 496.13 WHQLwhich put an end to the architecture support Nvidia Keplerthat is, all GPUs in the series GeForce GTX 600 y GeForce GTX 700 have already enjoyed up to 10 and a half years of support, while also marking the end of support for operating systems Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1so they will only be operational in Windows 10 and Windows 11.

The next version of drivers excludes support for this hardware and software.

Additionally, the problem that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 prevented from booting the system with of the Samsung Odyssey G70A monitors connected 28″ monitors; monitor screen flickering after switching from graphics to integrated with Windows 11; applications with the Vulkan API running on the processor’s iGPU instead of dedicated graphics on laptops.
