You can now download the latest NVIDIA GeForce 497.09 WHQL drivers, which revealed the existence of a refreshed GeForce RTX 2060 12GB graphics card in a summary of what they brought. But what does the gaming zone look like?

New NVIDIA GeForce 497.09 drivers now available for download
The 497.09 WHQL downloadable from the NVIDIA website or the Experience application brings optimization for the game “Icarus”, including its support for NVIDIA DLSS and RTX technologies. DLSS also found a special optimization for the game “Chorus”, which, apart from the former, also happened to “Halo Infinite”. Among the fixes, the most important ones are the fixes in Doom Eternal, Red Dead Redemption 2, the display of the NVIDIA Image Scaling option, or the incompatibility between Adaptive Sync and G-SYNC.

On the hardware side, NVIDIA has certified six new monitors in accordance with the G-SYNC technology and introduced support for GeForce RTX 2060, i.e. a refresh of the previous generation card, which is to be presented and released in a few days. The GeForce RTX 2060 12GB is due to be launched on December 7 as a cheaper alternative to the RTX 3060 12GB. Will be equipped with a graphics processor, providing 2176 CUDA cores, 64 RT and 136 Tensor, which is the same as the RTX 2060 SUPER.
