Nvidia GeForce RTX 3000 seems inevitable!

Rumors continue to pile up around the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080, but we started receiving early reports that manufacturing partners are cleaning up their inventory to prepare for the release of the Nvidia Ampere.

This post came from a recently deleted post in the China Times, courtesy of the folks at Wccftech… It reports that Taiwanese manufacturers, led by ASUS, have undertaken to reduce the cost of Turing video cards. For example, the GeForce RTX 2060 from ASUS has apparently dropped in price to 10,000 Taiwanese dollars, which is about RUB 21,500 + VAT.

Right now, Nvidia Ampere graphics cards are said to go into production in the third quarter of 2020. This time makes sense, as graphics card OEMs will want to clean up stocks to make room for the new architecture.

A report from the China Times also suggests that the launch of Nvidia Ampere could follow in the footsteps of Turing 2018 by offering a starting lineup of RTX 3080 Ti, RTX 3080 and RTX 3070, then releasing the 3060 later, a few months later – eventually the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060. did not come out until January 2019.

However, it is important to note that at this stage, almost any information is just gossip, all of them should be taken with a grain of salt. We won’t know for sure what Nvidia’s next-gen graphics cards will look like until Team Green is ready to share them. On the other hand, Nvidia seems to be preparing an event for May 14th, hence we could see Ampere sooner.
