Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti laptop specs leaked

The GPU-Z list suggests that an official launch is imminent.

The full specs of the upcoming Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti mobile graphics card leaked into the GPU-Z database ahead of a rumored release later this month.

According to Videocardz, someone anonymously submitted specs for a purported Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti to the GPU-Z benchmark database, practically confirming that the RTX 3050 series will be based on the as-yet-unannounced GA107 graphics chip.

The listing also claims that the 8nm GPU, which is likely to arrive on 1080p laptops, is going to offer 4GB of GDDR6 video memory over 128-bit, 2560 CUDA cores, and 80 tensor cores for AI-intensive applications.

From the same information, it became known that the Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti will run at 1222 MHz, which can be increased to 1485 MHz.

However, as Videocardz points out, the check returns a generic error indicating that the wrong number of TMUs are being displayed, assuming the graphics card has 80 TMUs and not 213.

Unfortunately, the GPU-Z listing doesn’t tell us anything about the upcoming mobile graphics card, such as what to expect from DLSS and ray tracing performance. However, Lenovo’s latest leak has shown that we should expect performance between the GTX 1660 Ti (Max-Q) and RTX 2060 (Max-Q).

The Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti recently went online at the suggestion of Samsung when the company announced a new Galaxy Book Odyssey equipped with this graphics card.

According to rumors, the video card will soon become official. The Nvidia RTX 3050 series is expected to debut alongside Intel’s Tiger Lake-H series processors, which are rumored to launch on May 11th.
