RTX 3060 for RTX 3070? The X-Kom store absurdly solves the problem of ordered graphics cards

Thanks to the Instalka service, a decidedly non-consumer example of a customer treatment by one of the stores in Poland saw the light of day. It turned out that X-Kom has now started offering replacements for the graphics cards it ordered, as it is unable to supply the originally ordered models.

X-Kom offers a weaker graphics card, covering with LHR cores and shortages on the market, so that the customer will give up the order

Let’s start with the fact that the current problem with the operation of the X-Kom store was compounded by the company’s activities in the past. At that time, he allowed customers to place orders for equipment that he did not have in stock, promising that as soon as he received delivery, he would send out not so much bought, as reserved models. Over time, shipping was significantly delayed, so X-Kom began offering full refunds for orders, but some people chose not to use them for a reason to receive the equipment they bought at the normal November 2020 price.

This is what the author of the entry on the Instalki website did, who had just received a message from X-Kom that problems with the availability of graphics cards forced the store to change the order, which it allowed almost 9 months ago. Therefore, now X-Kom offers either a refund or a change of the model with a full-fledged core in favor of the model with the LHR core, i.e. limiting the efficiency of mining cryptocurrencies.

It would be swallowed, because it is said that 80% of RTX 3000 deliveries already concern models with LHR cores, but not when the ordered RTX 3070 degrades to the RTX 3060, and the RTX 3090 to the RTX 3060 Ti. Here X-Kom is clearly trying to earn money at the expense of customers.
