Russian company made a flash drive that can self-destruct

The company has developed a USB drive (PENDRIVE) that has simple you saw is like any other, but unlike normal drives, it not only contains memory chips and a USB controller, it also has a battery and an electric detonator. “We have created a new device that is capable of reliably protecting information from unauthorized access,” said Igor Nasenkov, CEO of Technodynamika.

They are just prototypes for now, but the company says you can configure capacity and other factors for custom orders.
