Sin by Biomega is a concept worth a sin

We haven’t looked at any concept models for a long time, so it’s time to make up for it in the best electric car segment. Today we are taking something Danish as a wallpaper, because Sin by Biomega is a concept worth a sin … which will be mass-produced in the future.

Biomega has just presented its first all-wheel drive electric vehicle. Sin will be a so-called CUV, or “useful crossover” that is expected to perform best in cities. The founder of the company himself claims that this one is on “[…] an extremely strong position to design an electric vehicle that will breakthroughs in new mobility. ” This is confirmed by its weight (950 kg), which the manufacturer obtained thanks to the use of, among others carbon fiber and aluminum components. The ubiquitous glass also added its three cents. It represents both the one-piece roof, the windshield and even the driver’s and passenger’s doors.

There are batteries in the floor with a total capacity of 20 kWh, which are made up of some modular, and therefore easy to replace at any point. Unfortunately, this was not best explained. An interesting configuration is on the drive side, because each wheel has a 15 kW motor. Each of them provides a torque of 160 Newton meters, which in turn translates into 100 in 13 seconds and a maximum speed of 130 km / h. The batteries alone are to cover a distance of 160 km. The interior is as minimalist as it is modern (rectangular steering wheel, simple display and ergonomic seats). Sina Price? About $ 23,000 that will be spent from 2021 to 2023 – the market debut of its converted variant is not clear.
