DxOMark has just published a summary of its work for 2018. A total of 31 entry-level, mid-range and flagship devices were assessed. What was interesting in 2018?
The report says that finally the first smartphone exceeded the score of 100 points. The ranking is dominated by Huawei P20 Pro with a score of 109 points. This barrier was also exceeded by such designs as the iPhone Xs Max or the Galaxy Note 9. Among smartphones with one rear camera, Google Pixel 3 wins with 98 points. The total number of tested devices was lower than in 2017 due to the move to a new location. Next year there are to be many more of them and the shortcomings are to be made up.
We hope that the Huawei Mate 20 Pro test will finally appear in the base. The producer boasts of the best camera and I wonder if it will be confirmed. Also very interesting will be the result of Nokia 9 PureView, which will have as many as 5 rear lenses.
