The Core i9-12900K exceeds 30,000 points in Cinebench R23, crushing the competition

From what is seen in the screenshot, the processor was tested on a Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ULTRA motherboard alongside DDR5-5200 CL38 memory. Interestingly, CPU-Z marks its cores as 8 + 8 instead of 16, making it clear that it has eight high-performance cores plus eight high-efficiency cores and thus avoid confusion.

With this configuration, the multi-core result of the Intel Core i9-12900K surpassed 30,000 points, beating an overclocked Ryzen 9 5950X, and fueling rumors that it will perform similar to or even better than AMD’s flagship model at frequencies. from the factory at a lower price, which could make it a great option.
