The integrated Ryzen 6000 APUs will offer more performance than a GTX 1050 Ti

AMD will present its new Ryzen 6000 “Rembrandt” APUs for laptops on January 4 during its CES 2022 conference, and with less than a month to go until said announcement, new details about their performance began to emerge.

On this occasion, the renowned leaker @9550pro revealed that they will reach 2700 points in Time Spy, surpassing the result of a GTX 1050 Ti, which obtains about 2450 points, and lagging behind the 3400 points obtained by the GTX 1650. This will be a very good graphic performance that practically doubles that of the current APUs, so we can possibly play a large number of games in 1080p @ 60FPS even with the integrated one without any problem.

For those who are not aware, we tell you that these new Ryzen 6000 “Rembrandt” APUs will be based on Zen 3 and RDNA2 architectures, being the first APUs to support this GPU architecture. They will also be manufactured at 6nm and will support PCI-E 4.0 and DDR5, the latter being a great improvement for the integrated graphics, since the extra bandwidth of DDR5 will help to significantly increase its performance.

It will be interesting to see more benchmarks of these new “Rembrandt” APUs once they are announced, as they are seen as an interesting option for low-power notebooks. We’ll keep you posted, so stay tuned to HD Tecnología.

What do you think about the performance of the integrated Ryzen 6000 “Rembrandt”? Are you planning to upgrade your laptop to one based on these new APUs?
