The laptop market will face a significant refresh at the beginning of next year with the premiere of new Intel processors and graphics cards. NVIDIA will also add its three cents to the GPU market, but the market will not be dominated by the x86 architecture, which will be taken care of by the latest Huaweia laptop in the form of the Dyna Cloud L420 model.

As Huaweia’s second Kirin-based laptop, the Dyna Cloud L420 will have a lot to prove
We already know (via My Drivers) that the Dyna Cloud L420 will use Huawei’s original Arm SoC chip called Kirin 9006C with eight cores, one of which will be clocked at 3.1 GHz. This SoC will be equipped with a new graphics processor called Kirin 9000C, and its uniqueness will be due to the most modern, 5-nm technological process. Going further into detail, this unique Kirin 9006C SoC can be combined with 8GB LPDDR5 memory and 256 / 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.

In addition, Dyna Cloud L420 of unknown price and availability, will offer a 14-inch display with a resolution of 2160 × 1440. Wi-Fi 6 module and Bluetooth 4.2 and ports like HDMI, 2xUSB-A, USB-C or Mini RJ-45. The 56 Wh battery with the option of quick charging via USB-C will be responsible for the power supply. It will be interesting to watch how this laptop, the successor of the first Huaweia laptop with Kirin under the hood (Qinqyun L410), will fall out of the competition.
