After so many betas and delays, the long-awaited MMO by Amazon Games was released today, and this is none other than New World, and for now, in terms of numbers, it seems to be quite a success, as at the time of writing, Steam shows that there are more than 700,000 people playing simultaneously, which makes clear the apparent thirst of gamers for a new MMO after many of these players have ended up boring themselves from World of Warcraft.

For now we can only talk about a success on the day of its launch, and that is that we will have to see how the game progresses and if the study is up to the task in terms of, that is, to improve the game in terms of updates always going one step ahead of the players, plus they have to be fast when solving any problem that arises during such an important day as is the day of its launch, and the days after, which are what will mark whether the game is a short-lived success or not.

New World Players Steam Launch

We say this because the main problem that New World is suffering right now is a huge queue of players to try to enter, come on, like WoW, where you will have to wait to be able to play, and that is why on Steam the ratings of the game are, for now, mostly negative, and 99% of them are related to queues and problems where the game expels you from the game, so to re-enter you will have to arm yourself with a lot, a lot of patience.
