DDR5 overclocking is in full swing. Here are the most impressive results

Wonderful things are happening on the RAM market, as clock rates that were far beyond the reach of DDR4 are becoming reality. DDR5 overclocking has just entered a new level thanks to two overclockers, the achievements of which have been announced by the company MSI and Gigabyte Aorus.

The Aorus company boasted that its two DDR5-4800 modules in a Dual Channel system, a certain HiCookie managed to overclock from 2400 MHz to almost 4150 MHz, which translated into a transfer of 8300 MT / s (exactly 4198.8 MHz) with delays of 52-52- 52-100-127-2.

However, the MSI case is even more impressive, because on the Z690 MEG Unify-X it was also possible to overclock two Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 modules by 80%, up to 8670 MT / s. It was done by a certain TOPPC, whose work is now recognized as a record… though probably only for a short time, looking at how the topic of DDR5 overclocking evolves beyond the JEDEC DDR5-4800 standard.
