Curiously, the organizer of said event, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), has not said a word and has remained silent, and it is not surprising, since last February they already indicated that they were preparing everything for a digital event this year, and if this is not going to have place, is that it is the companies themselves that do not see the need to share the stage with other titles to reach the end user, and more so if any of them can outshine you, of course. At the brand level, it is more interesting that everyone focuses only on you.

This information was released by a Razer public relations, Will Powers, who said he received an email from the ESA indicating that an E3 2022 digital event for this year has been canceled. While sources tied to the event told IGN that discussions of a possible digital equivalent to E3 have not had “a strong impulse to carry them out“Now it seems that the ESA wants to try to focus on trying to bring a physical event in style next year.
