G.Skill announced the launch of a new ultra-low latency GDDR5 memory kit. The memories are DDR5-6600 CL34 32GB (2x16GB) Trident Z5 RGB and it promises to be one of the best options to work with the line of 12th Generation Intel Core processors and motherboards with the Z690 chipset.
This product is capable of reaching 6600 MHz since it has latencies CL34 (34-40-40-104). Saccording to an image released by the companyshow how the hardware is validated with a Core i7-12700K processor with an Asus ROG Maximus Z690 Hero motherboard.
The products would arrive from the factory ready to work with intense overclocking, continuing with the tradition of the company. The new memory kits are expected arrive at the stores from may this year and distributed through official channels and through its partners around the world.
This announcement comes just a few months after the manufacturer announced another solution focused on low latency. In October 2021, he presented the DDR5-6600 CL36 Trident Z5 memories with latencies of 36-36-36-76, the first to use a new integrated circuit solution developed by Samsung .
There is nothing confirmed yet but everything indicates that it is the same solution used in the kits announced today. So far, the company has not revealed the price for the new components, but the figures could be high.
