Google Play games (Android) begin to arrive on Windows 10/11

One of Microsoft’s big announcements for Windows 11 was to offer support for Android apps, but while that feature is coming one day, Google has started to bring Android games to PC through its Googe Play Games platform / Games. In the form of Beta, and depending on the country, users can access 12 games to test this feature.

The first countries/regions that can run these games are only Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea, where players can try Asphalt 9, Gardenscapes, and Homescapes, among other games. If we try to access in our country, it tells us that “The beta is not yet available in your region“.

Regarding the requirements, they go through Windows 10 or Windows 11, curiously they require a CPU with 8 core processing threads, 8 GB of RAM and 20 GB of SSD storage. Anyone who sees this would think that they are going to offer you the Clash Royale at 4K @ 144 FPS.

To participate in the Google Play Games beta, your PC must meet these minimum requirements:

• Windows 10 (v2004)
• Solid State Drive (SSD)
• Gaming-grade GPU
• 8 logical core CPU
• 8GB the RAM
• 20 GB of available storage space
• Windows administrator account
• Hardware virtualization must be enabled
• Compatible PC and configuration
