GPD Win Max a little laptop and a little portable console: specifications, prices and first photos

GPD Win Max it will be the new ultraportable device of the Chinese company. Compared to the previous Win the dimensions will be bigger: the display will go from 5 inches to 8. This will allow GPD to use processors with the highest TDP, and consequently more powerful.

The data sheet has just been revealed on the Net, and will be the following:

  • 8 "HD display (800p), touch screen support
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-1035 G7, 8-thread quad-core
  • GPU: Intel Iris Plus 940
  • RAM: 16 GB, LPDDR4, 3.733 MHz
  • SSD: 512 GB, M.2 2280
  • Dual band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Ports: 1x Thunderbolt 3; 1x USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 2; 2x USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1; 1x HDMI 2.0b (4K @ 60Hz); 1x Gigabit Ethernet; 1x microSD reader
  • Battery: 57 Wh, 3 cells of 5,000 mAh
  • Backlit keyboard
  • Double analog stick above the keyboard with digital directional cross and four buttons, three auxiliary buttons on each side (L / R1 and L / R2 on the back, L / R3 by clicking on the analog stick), Panasonic switch
  • Touchpad above the keyboard, between the analog sticks
  • Dimensions: 205 x 140 x 24.5mm
  • Weight: 800 g

For the moment we do not yet have precise details on the availability or on the presentation date – more than understandable given the period characterized by the Coronavirus emergency (Covid-19).
