Lenovo Tech & Design – where technology meets elegance

Nowadays, hardware manufacturers find it increasingly difficult to combine new technologies with sophisticated design that will make us stand out from the crowd. This statement seems to be contradicted by Lenovo, which organized the event under the name – Lenovo Tech & Design. The event took place at the prestigious Raffles Europejski Hotel, where elegance meets technology in exceptional interiors.

In the stylish scenery of the Raffles apartment, the guest of which was, among others Mick Jagger from the Rolling Stones team, Lenovo showed its latest products that are distinguished by unconventional design and technology. On an area of ​​almost 300 sq m. The guests could admire the unique interior of the apartment and see the latest Lenovo products, which, for example, ThinkPad X1 Extreme, Yoga C930 and Yoga Book C930 were shown in Poland for the first time. The entire exhibition has been divided into 3 thematic zones: a day room, a conference room and the CEO’s office. In each of them there are products that meet the needs of users.

Lenovo strongly focuses on the development of the ThinkPad business series, as evidenced by the number of products that were exhibited in a specially designated business and CEO zone. In the CEO zone, the aforementioned ThinkPad X1 Extreme was the leader, i.e. the most powerful device in the ThinkPad series. The X1 Extreme is not only a top-class business ultrabook, but also a powerful gaming computer that will keep you entertained after working hours and in your spare time. The ThinkPad X1 Extreme was accompanied by the 2nd generation ThinkVision X1 monitor with an extendable arm for a webcam. This is an offer for the most demanding users.

In the business zone, other premium ThinkPad devices were presented: X1 Carbon 6th generation, X1 Yoga 3rd generation, business X1 Tablet, ThinkPad T480s notebook, ThinkPad P1 ultra-mobile workstation, as well as ThinkSmart Hub 500, a device that will revolutionize teleconferencing in companies using Skype for Business.

Consumer equipment could not be missing during the event, including the popular series of convertible computers Yoga. Lenovo is their true forerunner. A few years ago, when the first laptop in this series appeared on the market, the definition of mobile and multitasking equipment also began to change. The latest version of this series is the Yoga C930 equipped with an innovative hinge, which in fact is a Dolby Atmos soundbar providing a unique experience while listening to music or watching movies.

During Lenovo Tech & Design, Yoga Book C930 was presented for the first time in our country. The product, which had its world premiere at the IFA trade fair in Berlin, attracts great media attention throughout Europe due to its breakthrough solutions. It is the world’s first 2-in-1 device equipped with two displays – IPS and E-Ink, which is also a multitasking panel. We can display the keyboard in various layouts, any information, or turn its surface into a piece of paper on which we will draw or write. The way of opening is also unique in this equipment. You just need to knock twice on the lid and it will open by itself. This convenience caused quite a stir among the audience, some of whom wanted to try this function personally.

Yoga C930 and Yoga Book C930 will go on sale in Poland at the end of November.
