| NVIDIA TITAN RTX: RELEASE DATE

We do not have an exact release date for the Nvidia Titan RTX, but it was officially announced, which means that on the Nvidia website opposite the video card there is a big green “NOTIFY ME” button. And we have pretty good hunches about the next release of a new graphics card, although we’re not sure. Until now, these have been speculations.

Brace yourself, because the price of the graphics card can knock you out of your rut: the Nvidia Titan RTX will set you back $ 2,499. And that’s more than double the price of the already expensive GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.

Keep in mind that this graphics card is intended for the professional market, but it costs more than the latest consumer Titan graphics card, the Nvidia Titan X Pascal, which was priced at $ 1299.

| NVIDIA TITAN RTX: SPECIFICATIONS

Specifically, Nvidia claims the Titan RTX will be able to offer 11 GigaRays per second and 130 teraflops, along with deep learning. Then the Nvidia Titan RTX should be especially useful for scientists and animators.

The Nvidia Titan RTX is also compatible with NVLink, the next generation SLI version. Unlike other configurations with multiple graphics cards, the video memory will be combined using NVLink, which means that the two Titan RTX graphics cards will be able to offer 48 GB of video memory at a speed of 100 GB / s.

So, the Nvidia Titan RTX promises to be an extremely powerful graphics card – as long as you can afford the astronomical price tag.
