OLX introduces a new category: For Ukraine.

In the face of the ongoing war in Ukraine, many people want to show their support to refugees staying in our country. But how to do it? One way could be OLX, which has just introduced a new category.

People who want to help refugees look for places on the web where they could donate things or offer their help in terms of accommodation, transport or translation. On Facebook you can find a lot of groups created for this purpose, but the more of them, the harder to find yourself in them. This is where the new category created on the OLX website seems to be a great option. We can add free ads in it.

We have launched a new category – “For Ukraine / For Ukraine“. Post an ad in this category if you can help refugees with transport, accommodation, medical assistance, legal services or translations, or if you want to help them by donating food and hygiene items for free. Category is only for advertisements about services and items offered for free.

Adding advertisements is free, and you can place an offer in both Polish and a foreign language.

Additionally, in the Work category, we have added a parameter Zapraszamy pracowników z Ukrainy / We invite people from Ukraine. Thanks to this, employers can inform jobseekers that they are also open to employing refugees from Ukraine

To facilitate searching and navigation, the category has been divided into subcategories, described in both Polish and Ukrainian. Advertisements can be added in the following categories: hygiene products, groceries, for children, electronics, medical and psychological assistance, legal assistance, translations, transport and others.
