MOSCOW, Sep 23 — PRIME. The Russian government instructed the head of Gazprom Neft, Alexander Dyukov, to submit proposals for the consolidation of projects for the development of Russian software (software) for the oil and gas sector on the basis of the Industrial Competence Center (ICC) Oil and Gas and Petrochemistry, according to the list of instructions on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Hydrocarbon Raw Materials and the Subsoil Use and Geological Exploration Information Center to submit, in the prescribed manner, to the Russian government proposals for consolidating projects on the basis of the Oil and Gas and Petrochemistry ICC in order to work out the requirements for solutions from key customers in the oil and gas sector,” the Cabinet of Ministers said.
The deadline for the execution of the order is September 27, 2022. It is given following the results of the strategic session on import substitution of software in the sectors of the Russian economy, which was held on September 13.
Taking into account the discussions held at it, the heads of industry committees, together with the chairmen of the ICC, must submit to the Russian Ministry of Digital Development updated proposals on software projects under development by September 23. In particular, such an instruction was given to Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak for the sectoral committees “Electric Power Complex of the Russian Federation” and “Oil and Gas and Coal Complex of the Russian Federation.”
