The price and debut date of further Intel processors has been revealed

The first months of 2018 promise to be really hot in the industry. The premiere of AMD systems is approaching fast, but something blue will appear on store shelves. Get to know the date and price of the next Intel processors from the Coffee Lake series.

The VideoCardz service, which found them in the Australian store’s offer, was provided with information on the eight upcoming units. Among them, we can find models that will supply the budget, low and medium segment. The first group includes two Celerons (G4900 i G4920) having 2 physical and logical cores that drive the clocking at the level (sequentially) 3.1 GHz and 3.2 GHz. Their price reaches 42 and 52 euros, so they will certainly fill up space in inefficient computers.

In turn, undemanding players should look at the next processors. They are the three Pentiums (G5400, G5500, G5600) that can replicate the success of the previous series, namely the G4560. All of them are based on 4 MB of cache and two cores and four threads with clock speeds starting from 3.7 to 3.9 GHz. It is a bit more expensive here, because the weakest hand starts at 63 euros, and the strongest – 92 euros.

In addition, Intel will also release two representatives of Core i5 and one Core i3 on the market. In the case of the latter (i3-8300), we can count on 4 physical and logical cores with a 3.7 GHz clock and 8 MB cache memory – all for less than 140 euros. The i5-8500 (190 euro) and i5-8600 (215 euro), which offer six cores and threads clocked respectively at 3.0 and 3.1 GHz.

The debut of each of the above processors will take place (according to the source) On February 14, but it does not bode well for them to be very successful in the first weeks. Most of them are designed for lower chipsets than the flagship Z370, which is rather for OC capable chipsets. It just so happens that only these boards are available on the market today.
