A leak occurred at an idle nuclear power plant in Germany
MOSCOW, 5 Oct – PRIME. A leak has occurred at a nuclear power plant in Brunsbüttel, Germany, according to federal state authorities.
Putin instructed to transfer the Zaporozhye NPP under the control of Russia
The incident happened last Wednesday, September 28th. As specified, the leak was discovered during flushing on the discharge line.
The nuclear power plant has not been operating since 2007. Not far from the site of the leak, experts found a low level of radioactive contamination, the report added.
