AMD Radeon RX 580 and RX 570 from Sapphire and Powercolor

Before AMD releases the long-awaited Radeon RX Vega, the company takes the opportunity to release the Radeon RX 580 and RX 570 with the new old Polaris 20 under the hood. This is about the renamed RX 400 series with minor changes in power consumption and slightly higher clock frequencies.

In SweClocker’s test lab, two models in different price ranges have landed. The menu includes Sapphire RX 580 Nitro + and Powercolor RX 570 Red Devil, which at the same time will be the first in the editorial office’s brand new test suite. Join us to see how the new Radeon RX 500 series stands up to the competition.

As this is a completely new test suite, many reference models are still missing, the focus is on including the most relevant sets against the Radeon RX 500 series. Additional tests and more reference cards will come in the coming weeks.
