Obviously, this category (PC, where the center is a CPU with 12-16 physical cores) is rather narrow-profile, it has nothing to do with gamers. Nevertheless, saving several tens of thousands of rubles, if for some reason you need a processor with 24 computational threads (and higher), is quite realistic.
Notably, AMD stone Ryzen 9 3900X is still called gaming (and even the most advanced), although we are well aware that there is no sense in modern toys from 12 physical cores (4-6 computing threads are enough for them).

Declared TDP Ryzen 9 3900X – 105 W, for heat dissipation from the 12-core monster we used a rather simple cooling system (Scythe Katana 3 Type I), which turned out to be enough for the nominal value (although the fan was spinning at maximum speed).
The monitoring program told about 115 W TDP, and in stress tests the temperature jumped up to 72 degrees (on an open bench). We highly recommend pairing with this stone powerful two-fan cooler, or CBO.
It is important to add that Ryzen CPUs (starting from the 3000th series) have learned to work normally with high-frequency RAM. The Ryzen 9 3900X fired up instantly with a Kingston dual-channel kit at 3600 MHz, that is, on a DOCP profile (similar to XMP).
