The Californian depositary specializing in cryptocurrency Anchorage now supports digital token XRP of Ripple on its conservation service.
On his blog, Anchorage has announced that it is now providing an institutional level custody solution for the third cryptocurrency in the market in terms of market capitalization.
The company already supported Bitcoin, Ethereum and fifteen other digital coins. XRP is the 19th active to enter its service.

Monica added that the support for XRP relied on a "range of resources", including those provided by Xpring, the development platform of Ripple.
We took advantage of the open source server Ripple, the node implementation that powers the XRP Ledger maintained by Xpring. We also widely used xrpl.org for its clear and useful documentation of the XRP register, ”specifies the manager.
Based in San Francisco, California, Anchorage is a member of Libra and supported by Visa, Blockchain Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. At the start of the year, the company also launched a brokerage service called Anchorage Trading.
