Deloitte Enhances Confidentiality of Its EduScrypt Enterprise Blockchain Solution

Audit company Deloitte has increased the confidentiality of its corporate blockchain solution EduScrypt, which helps companies to exchange information and verify the qualifications of employees.

While working on technology, Deloitte partnered with the Israeli technology startup QEDIT, which uses zero-knowledge evidence (ZKP) to help enterprises control their business data in a public registry.

Integration of the QEDIT solution will allow parties using the corporate blockchain solution to authenticate data without revealing confidential information.

“Network participants will be able to verify the accuracy of the evidence, but they will not be able to see who sent what, and to whom,” QEDIT representatives said.

Antonio Senatore, Technical Director for Deloitte EMC Blockchain Lab, said:

“For most organizations, verifying, managing and registering the qualifications of staff and potential employees can be a very burdensome and costly process with fines imposed by regulators for non-compliance. The integration of the ZKP-based QEDIT solution ensures that organizations can trust the authenticity of the qualifications while maintaining complete data confidentiality and regulatory compliance. ”

In September, the Deloitte division in Luxembourg began testing the possibility of paying for employees’ meals at BTC, and in August the company developed a platform to demonstrate the benefits of the blockchain. In addition, in February of this year, Deloitte tested a blockchain project for supply chain management.
