Energy supply from the ZNPP to the territory controlled by Kyiv has been suspended
ENERGODAR, 3 sen — PRIME. The supply of electricity to the territories controlled by Kyiv was suspended due to damaged power lines due to shelling from Ukraine, RIA Novosti was told in the administration of Energodar.
The Ukrainian military tried to seize the ZNPP after the arrival of the IAEA mission
The Administration noted that specialists are already carrying out repair work on damaged sections of power lines due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Two damages were detected on lines 330 and 750… Experts on the spot report that, taking into account the technological features, the output power generated by the power units varies. The provision of electricity to the territories controlled by Ukraine has been suspended due to technical difficulties,” the administration concluded.
According to local authorities, the fifth and sixth power units of the Zaporizhzhya NPP are in working condition, the radiation background is within the normal range.
